Well, the procedure for installing fonts on Win98 and above, as far as I
know, is:

From the Start menu go to Settings > Control Panel.
Open the folder "Fonts"
Go to File on the top bar, and select "Install New Font."
Find the font's location and click "okay."

If that still doesn't work (and it might not, since copying the font to
the Fonts folder usually does the trick without the above procedure),
then it might be a browser problem.  I do know that the < font > tag
isn't compatible with all browsers, but I don't know how to fix it.
Sorry!  Tomorrow, with any luck, I'll have made a PDF which should be
more universally portable.
