Should I do the survey?

I have a question for those familiar with me and with
Káyasánoda.  Given that I have made no progress with
the language since the "About the Stars" relay (except
for adding accent marks to the orthography), and given
that I haven't finished off my list of cases, should I
proceed with the survey?  Also, I may need help
answering some of the questions--some of the technical
stuff is beyond where I am right now.
