Re: Rhetorical questions.

I remember hearing, many years ago, of a punctuation mark that was a
combination of a question mark & an exclamation point.  It even had a
name: interrobang.  I believe "bang" was/is the printer's name for
the exclamation point.  It was to be used for those emphatic
questions that didn't require an answer, e.g., "What the hell do you
think you're doing!?"  Or would it be "?!"?
