Up for grabs: something old

My first attempt at making a language was Nosoralaf, "High Speech". I
didn't realize that I needed a phonology, so I skipped ahead right to the
grammar and then making words. It's largely inflectional, and I've made a
few hundred words as well as a detailed numbering system. I could puzzle
out the phonology, but I didn't much like the language, though I look on
it with nostalgia.

Anyway, would someone like a language to complete? I'll probably resume
work on it some day if nobody else wants it.

Here's what it has:
Noun declensions (nom, dat, acc, gen; plurals for each)
Verb conjugations, including almost a dozen particles
Numbers from one to 10,000
A few hundred words
