Why?
That is, why is head-last syntax interesting, and why develop a language
rather than just a syntax?
What about tweaking an existing language, such as English or Lojban,
to make it head-last?
(My own conlang is exceptionlessly head-first, because that is the
easiest route to simplicity and unambiguity, but making it consistently
head-first presented little challenge, and the language was never
conceived of as an implementation of head-first syntax.)
