I don't know if there is a "standard" order; for me, I try to arrange it
so that there is minimal "forward references". I.e., cover nouns and verbs
first, and then sentence structure, and then paragraph structure, etc..

I've tried to arrange it so that the elementary stuff comes first,
followed by more complex concepts which build on it. Of course, this isn't
100% possible in Ebisedian, but I've tried, at any rate. :-)
