If you give me a few hours, I'll go back home and bring my little booklet on PIE. It's quite small, but rather full as for verbal endings. I'll be back in front of a computer tonight so if I don't forget the book you should have an answer tonight (well, as I know the list someone will have answered the question already,but at least I can try :) ).
