That would be Paul Burgess. It was, in fact, rereading
the part in _Hildegard of Bingen's Unknown Language_
where she discusses Mr Burgess and his language
that reminded me of this story about (I think) someone
else who is fluent in their conlang; I'm reasonably
sure that it is someone else and that the person was mentioned
on this list far more recently than Mr. Burgess' brief period of
participation here, but I can't seem to find the message with any
combination of keywords I've tried.
