OK, found it! :)) And to simplify things, instead of sending it (it's quite
a big file), I've put it at
http://christophe.grandsire.free.fr/special/mf.pdf. Just go there to
download it (this way anyone interested can read it :) ).
Please note that besides Pascal, you may want to brush up on the WEB
documentation language, in which the source is actually written (like
Docstrip for LaTeX packages, WEB is a high-level wrapper language allowing
inline documentation and thus literate programming. The same source can be
compiled to create the doc as well as to create the actual source the
Pascal compiler wants. Since I don't know exactly how it works, please
excuse any error in what I just wrote).
