Of course they are interfertile with humans because they ARE humans.
I thought this would be clear, but you might have missed it.
The Elves in the Brithenig universe are simply an ethnic minority that
is left over from a civilization which existed in the British Isles
prior to the Celtic immigration. We call them "Elves" in our thread
because they are what underlies the Celtic/Germanic/Brithenig folklore
tradition of elves; it is just a convenient way to translate Nur-ellen
_El`l_ (pl. _Il`l_) or Brithenig _Ylyl_ into English.
This means that they are not 100% genetically pure. In fact, they are
quite mixed; however, they have managed to retain their language and
their cultural identity.
