I just had a look at the ned'm page.  There are some interesting things there,
although,
by your own admission, a lot more work needs to be done before the causal reader
can make much sense of the grammar.

I must say that I was surprised and quite offended to find the phrase "I don't
hate
gays, I hate fags" used to illustrate the pronunciation of the "ey" sound.  Not
only is
this a complete non sequitur, it's also highly mean-spirited, in my opinion.  I
suggest
that you remove these infantile touches if you want your conlang projects to be
taken
seriously by others.
