Indeed not; the release on the t is lateral, so I'm not sure how to
aspirate that if I wanted to. The IPA for {tlh} on
http://www.kli.org/tlh/sounds.html, which comes straight from Dr.
Okrand, is [tˡɬ], CXS [t_lK].
