Following http://www.ling.uni-potsdam.de/~fery/pdf/Kurs%20WS%2003-04/IntroPhon2%20EMCL .pdf, Rotokas is not the only language to have 11 phonemes: Mura (spoken in Columbia) uses 8 consonants and 3 vowels. I speak about phonemes. I don't know anything about the spelling...
