That is indeed how active relays work. Relay 11 is over, and Irina is
currently working on HTMLizing everyone's leg of the relay. My website
just has my translation, in my own format.
On the other hand, I do know that Jan was accepting extra translations
for his 10/R relay even after the close of the relay; I haven't heard
whether Irina will do the same.
