À l'orientale and hongroise, surnames come first. Also à l'orientale,
groupings go from the largest to the smallest. So an address would be:
country, province/state, city, street, address, person. Dates: year, month,
day. Etc. While the name thing follows a similar logic, it's also because
the Christian name is the one declined while the surname is defective.
Klintön Bils, Klintön Bilsít, Klintön Bilsík, Klintön Bilsín....
