Serbian is written with Cyrillic and represents /r=/ wuite well, simply by
using "P" (Latin: R) e.g. "KPK" (Latin: KRK) = [kr=k]
And with all the languages in Russia written with Cyrillic, I'm certain
every English phoneme will find it's letter. Even /D/.
Cyrillic can work, I think quite well.
