Xinkutlan is fairly low on the scale, but as it's very much a WIP, I'm not
going to fuss.  Maybe some of these ratings should be lower...

Xinkutlan    L2 G2 T0.5 C1 P4 S2 =11.5 (38.33%)

L2:  Definitely nowhere near where I want it to be.  But I like generating
vocab, so lots of fun to be had, still.

G2:  A little over a third done, I should guess.  I've done most of the
simple stuff.

T0.5:  Half of the Babel text.

C1:  I have a conculture sketch, and a very rough outline of the nation's
origins, but I barely consider myself begun.

P4:  Basically finished once I re-splice /uj/ into my phonology.

S2:  I've made 3/4 of an alphabet, but I want a logography as well! :)
