Re: What's this?

I am way behind in reading this list, but for some reason your subject line
caught my eye.  The Waldzell project is the creation of an ex-member of this
list Mark Line.  Mark was a somewhat, shall we say, outspoken poster some
time back.  He often ruffled feathers and as often felt his own ruffled, but
I for one always enjoyed his posts.  In fact, I remember engaging in some
long off-lists exchanges with him.   He dropped off the list under what I
think was the mistaken impression that "profession linguists" were unwelcome
here.  At least I think he dropped off.  Mark are you lurking?  A quick look
at the web site shows that it hasn't been updated in a couple of years.  My
how time flies.  It was an interesting concept however.
