Though I'd wager that many more people would recognise and understand
the conjugation even if they could not form it properly themselves.
(Or if they didn't know the endings, would be able to grok them from
context.)

My question was whether thou knewest that there are separate endings,
since thou was using them incorrectly according to my understanding. I
thought it possible that thou hadst read about the use of the word
"thou" but wast not aware of the corresponding grammar, since thou art
not, I assume, a native speaker of (slightly out-dated, at that)
English.
