I'll second that. I was actually the one who suggested to start a
separate list, if people don't want progress reports and things on
this list. Personally, I don't mind, but I can imagine people who are
not taking part getting annoyed at all those little messages that
don't seem to be about anything in particular.
I think the person who provides the original text should be the
"relaymaster" (nice word!), and eventually put it up on their web
page, if they have one, so they can work on it at leisure.
