Yes, that's the common nickname among conlangers, but not
the technical term used by linguists.  The technical term
is "neutral", I think (though Wikipdia calls it "direct").
You will also not find "Monster Raving Loony" in linguistic
literature.  Wikipedia calls it "transitive".
