I'm in New Hampshire... so I'd be interested. I'm not sure I'd be able to
really contribute much... but I would love to get together with other
folks for a bit on a weekend. :)

There are a couple of outfits that do publish on demand... I think you
usually have to buy a dozen or so books up front, then they will sell
you (or anyone?) a single book at a time if you like. Do a search for
"publish on demand"
