I asked Jan (mine ;)) ), and it turns out he knows the place (a very small
village he told me). According to him, there they just speak pure Brabants,
which means that they must pronounce "ee" as [e:] (very pure) and "w" as
[v\] (also very pure). They also have the "zachte g" ("g" is pronounced
[G]), and have a tendency to turn coda /r/ into [r\] :)) . And don't get me
started on their /a/s constantly turning into [Q] ;))) , or on their
constant confusion between "kennen" and "kunnen" ;)))) .

You need a straight mind to invent a twisted conlang.
