You know I just realized something: in English, that title of yours may seem
awfully amibguous. With the word order you chose, "international" looks like
it describes "language" and not "bulletin." You don't want that, unless
you're aiming to make this bulletin solely about auxlangs. I'd say go with
"International Bulletin of Language Construction," as someone suggested
before.
