You're not; I deleted the thing as well because of that (fortunately
I've set my trash to "keep for 5 days or until it reaches 4 MB or is
emptied by hand").

How about "(The) International Bulletin of Language Construction"? It's
a bit more pretentious with the article, and I don't know whether
pretentiousness is a good thing (in my opinion it's not, but YMMV).
