Generally, yes, it's SVO, but it's pretty flexible, since just about
everything is inflected. Most of the particles (especially "men", "de", and
"gar") have specific places they need to go, but other than that freedom
reigns.
Personally, I tend to order my Greek verb-finally like Latin, but I suppose
that's just a quirk of mine. My Greek professor almost invariably fell into
SVO.
