including yourself; I have no idea whom you were quoting up there. :)

. . . but I can answer this. The numbers are clearly a date and time.
20040614,2100 = 2004-06-14 at 21:00; that is, 14 June 2004 at 9PM. Don't
know why that particular formatting or what time zone, though.
