It was ~550MB; have since deleted it. I gave HEx 2MB snips (dd'd) off
the front of both the bad and good ones. He gave me back a ~2k snip (=
reserialized headers from the 'good' one, AFAIK) that I cat'd onto the
front of the bad one... and voila it worked. I can upload those for
those who are curious in poking around at it; it's only ~5MB total.

Thanks! We'll be looking into having something more interactive -
perhaps videocast with text/voice/video from attendees? would be nice.
And I've gotten a couple requests for attendance-by-video. So if you
have ideas for how to implement that in a way that's within our
resources, please let me know.
