As far as *I* am concerned, your Romulans are *the* Romulans.
(For the rest of you, the relevant titles are _My Enemy, My Ally_
and _The Romulan Way_).  A brilliantly retconned conculture.

We encourage people to post ideas, texts, vocab lists, whatever.
They *will* be read.  If they draw little response, that merely means we
