Since unzip is a command-line program, I'd suggest running it from a
command-line window/"DOS box" anyway, not by clicking on it from a
graphical window etc. That should let you see the error message.
Presuming that the directory where you installed the unzip.exe is in
your PATH, "unzip filename.zip" should do the trick.
