My visit with Thomas

Czeczk!
Well, Tom Wier made it in last night for a linguistics
conference here at Indiana University.  He and I got
together for dinner at an Irish pub here in town.  We
had a great evening.  In person he is great company.
Afterwards we had an awful time trying to find his
hotel. :P  But it just prolonged our visit.

He asked how the list was doing and what big things
were going on.  I told him that the biggest thing of
all was Heather's survey right now.  I also learned a
*lot* about Phaleran (which til now I'd mispronounced
the name of. :) )

Maybe someday I'll meet more of you.
