I've tried to bring up English as the major reason for the futility
of planned auxlangs to the folks on AUXLANG, but they seem to think
there's hope out there. Most of my conlangs are auxlangs, but
that's just more for the design challenge involved. I don't have
any realistic hopes of any of them catching on.
