Quite easy: You edit the paragraph after which you want to insert your
language.  You will notice that the paragraph you edit starts with

==NameOfLanguage==

Now move to the end of the text and add another such headline:

==NameOfMyLanguage==

When you store this, the one paragraph becomes two by this.

Needless to say: editing the paragraph before which you want to insert
and inserting a new paragraph before what's written there, is
equivalent.
