Yes, but there are too few in the file to be useful.

Done. I found 1839 character readings (1813 actual
characters) with Cantonese romanizations
ending in -p, -t, or -k and with Pinyin information available.
They corresponded to Mandarin tones as follows:
12% to tone 1
32% to tone 2
4% to tone 3
50% to tone 4
So everyone's intuitions were basically correct. I probably made
some errors where there was a different number of Mandarin and
Cantonese readings for a character.
