A quick note on two of the diacritics: - Accent, and glottal stop: when used with a glyph that already has a vowel/diphthong diacritic, you place it either above or below the glyph, depending on the vowel/diphthong diacritic placement. So, if we used ki for example, since the diacritic for /i/ is above the glyph, the accent or glottal stop would go under the glyph. See you, Space Cowboy...
