THEORY: lip smack

Question for the class:

What is the IPA symbol for a bilabial lip smack? I have been told they
exist is natlangs in Africa, but not in the "click" langauges (Khoisan and
the like). Does anyone know which natlangs have a lip smack (a bilabial
click, sofar as I can determine).
