That could be a Falwell (and always keep a smile on your face, no matter how
injurious the statement), or any of the so-called conservative talking heads
on a certain TV network, who are so convinced of their correctness that they
do not need anyone else's input.  (end rant).  However, I have a very dear
friend who babbles on like this, and he has come to be known (though not to
his face) as Chatty Kathy  ([TM] a wind-up talking doll of some years back).
Since I seem to suffer from the opposite problem-- lack of small talk-- I
tend to attract such people.
