It may have been a conscious decision, as there are cases where people
might legitimately employ Reply-To -- overwriting that would give no
way to contact the author at the address they read replies at.
That decision is a bit unfortunate, though, in the face of a client
which always inserts a -- completely needless, IMO -- Reply-To header.
