Has it not occured to anyone else that this is *not* just a criminal conspiracy by a gang? Acting like police and tracking down the "perps" and "godfathers" will not end this. These people could not have done this without the support and shelter of states. So long as these states are permitted to continue this support and shelter, these acts will just keep happening, no matter how many bugs get squashed.
