My best suggestions, based on the staff list at their website, (http://www.ling-phil.ox.ac.uk/people/staff/) would be Dr Robert Vanderplank, whose homepage is at http://www.kellogg.ox.ac.uk/fellows/vanderpr.htm. Keep in mind that I don't actually know anyone at Oxford: I've been at Leyden myself, where you can find courses in really obscure languages, like Limbu. Leyden is one of the main centers for descriptive linguistics in the world - in my biased opionion absolutely the place to go once you have your bachelors degree. But the library at Oxford should be all right. - -- Boudewijn Rempt | http://www.valdyas.org -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.6 (GNU/Linux) Comment: For info see http://www.gnupg.org iD8DBQE7t2d+N8fj6DnPxOgRAhxQAKCB5D8fvCOM7jIkBHO6J+25Irl+XgCeKlDT U1x9RkdkVfy9ip/uSciHbec= =AK8W -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
