I'd have to agree with you on that, but I can't be sure because I've
never lived anywhere else. Of course, when my family went to Montreal a
few years back, we were there for not yet 2 days when my dads car got
broken into. We left the next day, and drove on. It's only happened once
in the 12 years my dad's owned that car other than that, and that was in
the "bad part of town". If we had lived in Montreal all that time, my
calculations suggest that the car would have been broken into over 2,000
times.
