A disgusting habit, indeed. Chips were meant by God to be eaten with
salt, and nothing else.
I think it was Ursula LeGuin who pointed out that the Bronte sisters
wrote all of their way-out romantic fictions during a life of never-going-anywhere:
except for one three-week vacation. Where? In Brussels, Most Boring
City In Europe.
