You see, my friend from Illinois said the same thing, and I'm going to
have to suggest the same thing to you as I did him. Try to find a native
Southern California seriously speaking about some topic (so, not using "like"
for every other word. Probably should be 23 or younger. Usually a good
situation is when someone's asking a question in class). I think you'll find
that it doesn't sound stereotypical MTV, but rather, quite foreign. Almost
as if someone from some European country were speaking English...
At any rate, I'm all for it. Pretty soon we'll be speaking an entirely
different language, and thanks to our chokehold over the airwaves, everyone's
going to have to listen to it! ~;D
