Not "new" per se. I first wrote something in them perhaps a
dozen years ago, but have only really developped them over the
last year or so. I guess the 'formal' introduction was in the
most recent translation relay. The grammar is online, through
<polaris.umuc.edu/~pbrown/conlang> They are related IE langs
of the "Asiatic" group. The conculture that goes with the language
has been on Conculture for a good while now, though there's
nothing about the culture on the web yet.
