Well, since the primary purpose of the extIPA is for disordered speech,
I'll go on record that *my* disordered speech includes a linguolabial
voiced stop. It's a "second tier" phoneme, though, occuring less
frequently.
OTOH, linguolabials are in the regular IPA, as bilabils with the "seagull"
diacritic, X-SAMPA /_N/, U+033C.
