Qthyn|gai has [X\] among other not-so-common things. After practising
a long time, it's quite easy for me to pronounce. I wanted to do a
whole pharyngealised sequence, but I would not be able to pronounce it
fluently, to I did not yet do it. Qthyn|gai had to be simplified once
to let me pronounce it -- I still have to practise each sentence for
quite a long time.
