Depends on scale, but for a general or political map of North America,
almost certainly, probably not on a world map.
Tangentially irrelevantly, it's always irked me that all the atlases I've
got fails to name, let alone indicate the borders of, the Chinese provinces.
This despite some of them giving name and borders of every French
departement and Mexican province. I can't help but feel that Sichuan is
slightly more interesting than Jalisco.

Vehicles owned by private citizens are rare in Tairezan society. Intra- and
intercity communications are generally of the collective kind (trains,
aircraft etc). Presumeably there's some sort of registration system for
spacecraft, but these are almost always owned by companies or state
agencies.
