[snip of conlangning history - interesting!]
I have no clear Idea when I started, though the
first documents I have in a deliberate conlang
(consciously made language) of mine are at about
10 years old. I know that several years before I
was interested in languages (was taking German
lessons, and had a cousin who had studied several
languages and is something of a conlanger
herself). I can still recall riding in the car
with the two of us happily pointing to things
along the roadside gadding on in some nonsense
conlang. Especially on my part - she could have
been saying things in German or Old English for
all I know!

Any composing or playing ability? Or simply enjoy
listening in?
Quite a few of us conlangers are also musically
inclined.
I have never written anything more ambitious than
a gig (except for a couple long weird pieces for
some conculture); though am happily skilled
enough to play for my own enjoyment.
Padraic.
