I should note that each syllable in the above is an independent morpheme. oñ- is the locative marker, gelp is the adjective "dark", -ñiþ is an adjective nominalizing particle meaning "state of being", and -ji is the definite article. Or definiteness marker, anyway; I guess it's only an article if it's an isolate? -Marcos
