-attar is a naming affix appended to the second name of a person of
unknown tribal or national affiliation. Essentially, it means
"foreigner". Sally is distinguished with -atias, since there is a
Talarian city of Qâfas (anciently named Gavende). Thus Saras
Qâfas-atias = "Sally of the City of Qâfas". A arifas is a foreign
dignitary (cf. sheriff), so gets a slightly better class of affix,
namely "honoured foreigner"; the -usman- root is thought to derive
from the name of a Germanic tribe.
Cool. Most of you even have common gender names. Sorry Taliesin, Barry
and Christophe, o Neutered Ones!
All languages are preceeded by Tenxwwar (language):

In case you're wondering, the -ua bit is the genitive case marker, so
that Tenxwwar Taxua = Language of the Techians.
